Some functions of Wonder may be disabled or have degraded performance if your network administrator (IT departments) blocks video and audio services in browsers. For example, this would prevent the broadcast feature from sharing audio or video data.
Most commonly, the issues are solved by turning off your VPN.
If you are unable to turn off your VPN, your network administrator will have to add Wonder to your accepted use list, commonly referred to as “Whitelisting”. It is an easy set up; all the information you will need to do this is found here:
For the standard interaction mode, we use a service called Twilio. Through this link you find all the ports, protocols, and domains that must not be blocked for Wonder to work properly:
https://www.twilio.com/docs/video/ip-addresses
For the broadcasting mode, we use a service called Agora. Through this link you find all the ports, protocols, and domains that must not be blocked for Wonder to work properly:
https://docs.agora.io/en/Agora%20Platform/firewall?platform=Android#rtc-sdk
For Wonder the following domain must be whitelisted:
*wonder.me
All the services used by Wonder are very common video and audio services used by most other browser-based video-conferencing tools as well. Please find more info about them through the links below:
